2. Using Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order. You're responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
3. Our Products & Health Information
Our magnesium products are made in-house in NSW and are intended for external, topical use only. Please read and follow the directions and warnings on each product label.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on our website is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Please consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is right for you. We recommend a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payment is taken at the time of your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Afterpay where available. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or contact you to confirm the correct price before sending.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for any reasonable reason, such as a product being out of stock or a pricing error. If we cancel your order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

8. Gift Cards & Discount Codes
Gift cards have no expiry date, can be used on any product in our range, and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Please treat your gift card code like cash. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen codes.
Discount codes can only be used as described in the offer, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but this won't affect orders already placed.
9. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, including loss caused by using a product other than as directed on its label.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, product photos, designs and text, belongs to MAG THERAPY or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written consent.
12. Reviews & Customer Content
If you submit a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is your own genuine experience and give us permission to display it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive or unlawful.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. The Terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
