Returns & Refund Policy

At MAG THERAPY, we make our magnesium products in-house in Wickham, NSW, and we stand behind them. If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you've tried one of our products and it isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as:

at least 60% of the product remains in the container, so you've had a fair chance to try it;
you contact us first with your order number, so we can arrange the return; and
the product is returned in its original container.

For change-of-mind returns under this guarantee, return postage is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We recommend a tracked postage service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo if you can. In these cases, we'll cover the cost of returning the item. Depending on the problem, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is offered in addition to these rights and does not limit them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Info@magtherapy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't process unannounced returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds in your account.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

Gift cards are not refundable. Sale and discounted items are covered by the same guarantee and your consumer law rights as full-priced items. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
